The La Honda Fire Brigade is funded primarily by memberships and donations, which help us leverage requests for additional funding by San Mateo County, the state and federal organizations that support emergency preparedness and readiness, and neighbor organizations like MROSD.

Over the past few years, your support helped us upgrade to a new rescue vehicle. Rescue 57, funded by the community, county of San Mateo, and MROSD, allows us greater capability in vehicle extrication and rescue, as well as capability to transport patients in critical condition to advanced medical care.
