2.3. Communications Procedures
Note: During an emergency there is a strong possibility that 911 telephone service will be disrupted, since it is provided by equipment in Menlo Park. In many cases, local telephone service will remain operational, and emergency calls may be placed directly to the La Honda Fire Brigade.
Communications procedures and information supplied by the communications Committee should be placed below to tailor this Handbook to the particular Captain's area.
